    • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
    • Problem-solving and active listening skills.
    • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Work Environment:
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Requirement:

  • Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
  • Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (varies based on experience and location)
  • Additional incentives based on performance.
