Job Details:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat.

Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: Fresher or 1+ years in customer service (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (English & regional language preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Work Environment:
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Requirement:
- Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (varies based on experience and location)
- Additional incentives based on performance.
