📄 Job Details:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain Paisabazaar’s financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

  • Achieve sales targets and follow up with customers as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system.

  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales and service quality.

🎓 Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass or a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • Experience: Fresher or 1+ years in telesales/sales (experience in financial services is a plus).

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills (English & regional language).

    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

    • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

    • Target-driven and able to work under pressure.

    • Ability to convince customers and handle objections professionally.
