Telesales Executive

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain Paisabazaar’s financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

Achieve sales targets and follow up with customers as needed.

Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to improve sales and service quality.
🎓 Candidate Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th pass or a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Experience: Fresher or 1+ years in telesales/sales (experience in financial services is a plus).

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (English & regional language).

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven and able to work under pressure.

Ability to convince customers and handle objections professionally.
