Customer Support Executive at Startek
Job Description
Startek is hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer interactions for leading national and international brands. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, have good communication skills, and are looking to build a long-term career in the BPO and customer service industry.
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for answering customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, chats, or emails.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice, chat, or email

Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions

Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions

Update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems

Follow company processes, scripts, and quality standards

Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 12th pass / Any graduate (eligibility depends on the process)

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment

Freshers are welcome; prior customer service or BPO experience is a plus

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on role, location, and experience)
